Explanation / Answer

1. I agree with the statement to quite an extent because if we look at the way if doing business we will observe that today business is no longer restricted to emails and written documents, instead it is all about presentations, negotiations and pursuasion, hence oral or verbal communication and turned out to be one of the most important asorvts of an organization which also helps and Organization grow in the industry and emerge successful as well. Written communication skills are very much important but in comparison the oral skills are more important today.

2. I will not at all agree with the statement because there is a very sharp and visible difference between being intelligent and being successful. For example in high school the most intelligent guy from the class never got very good marks but he had sound knowledge of the subjects better than anyone but there were people who got better marks than him because they were better in expressing the same and knew what would fetch them better marks in the exam. I believe that hardwork, perseverance and thinking contributes more towards success and an individual needs to have all in order to be successful.

3. Yes, an individual in order to be successful needs to be competitive and pursuasive because the level of competition is very high and in order to be successful, individuals needs you be very much effort in and unique in their approach which will ensure that they are successful and effective or else there are more than thousand competitors who are waiting to take the place.

4. I will not agree to the same because I believe that technical skills are very much important in order to be successful but communication is the key because and individual having sound technical knowledge is ineffective in communicating will actually not help because the individual will not succeed in expressing the knowledge that he or she may possess.
