Job experience would help an employer in deciding what are good for motivating employees. Employer should also keep on trying various approaches until he finds the right one which works best for their employees. Sales manager must stop annoying salespeople by giving every detail of their work , even the details which are not necessary to give. And should let the salespeople work on their own way as long as they are performing their task in right manner and time. The employee should gather knowledge about financial aspects of business with the help of YouTube, internet and also by taking training and attending seminars on finance accounting which would be helpful for him in future. The organization must conduct group discussion, exercises and various other group activities. The assessment and the tuckman model would also be helpful in preparing the needs investigation for every worker.
