2)Ribbon : The ribbon is a set of toolbars at the top of the window in Office programs desig ed to help you quickly fing the commands that you need to complete a task.Sometimes teh ribbon is hard to find, it gets hidden.
Tabs : tabs are a paragraph - formatting feature used to alogn text.When you press the tab key , word inserts a tab character and moves the insertion point.
Groups : Ms word enables you to make adjustments such as sizing rotation and flipping to your pictures,shapes and othr objects as a single unit by grouping them.Grouping also helps you move objects as a group.
Buttons : A command button is a clickable image object used with graphical operating systems.
