Discuss what is important to you in your career. Discuss what gets in your way of achieving the results you want in your career.
Explanation / Answer
I want to excel my career in sales and marketing functionality, by gaining more knowledge in offline and online marketing and sales techniques and tactics. I want to have a 360 degree knowledge and approach to solve sales and marketing issues, pitch the products and services in a more solution selling and concept selling approach, so that customer understands the products and buys and use it to get the optimum benefits. This will help me excel in becoming a customer evangelist in my career.
Sometimes, hurdles come when new techniques and tools like Salesforce.com, Hubspot CRM, become difficult to use in some functionality. That obstructs my learning curve sometimes. So I try to seek guidance from my senior and technical support team to learn these tools in a better way and deeper way.
Also I don’t get much time in personal, apart from busy professional life, to study new things. This restricts my learning on new digital techniques like Click per minute model or Sales Analytics. I want to learn more, as the digital and analytics is the future of the world.
