TD Bank Inc. A banking and finance based organization providing banking services across several countries and been successful in its sector from the recent past. Now, they are planning to improve their quality services by introducing a website that can provide services and information at the need of the customer round the clock. Since this is information era the need of the customers are swiftly changing with the availability of the latest technology the customers are anticipating web based services in banking which may save a lot of time in waiting in the lines to perform their banking transactions .Along with this the bank transactions could be automated thereby reducing the manual involvement in processing which may test the patience of the customers , The project is undertaken from our client TD Bank Inc. the major aim of the project is to meet the information maintenance and business activity requirements of the client organization (bank) employees and the bank customers.

1.1 Purpose of the document:

This document provides overall description of the project. This document provides information related to operation and maintenance of the website therefore acting as a manual for the users of the website mainly administrators and top level users like managers. This document also provides detailed information about various modules of the website and their functions.

For our project, there are some intended audiences in which our Stake Holders group, Customer and the Project members are included. This project has also been thoroughly tested for the user experience and feedback by a randomly selected group bank of customers and the results are gathered.
