Do you agree that people should pay the ransom? Why?

Explanation / Answer
Solution : Hey , this is the very serious topic to discuss in computer's world , i would like to argue in a very simple manner.
if Ransomware has attacked on your system and hacked/encrypt your all important data , then :
(i) if you have already back up of your all hacked/encrypted data , then i am not agree with the Joseph Bonavolonta , means , if you already have back up of your data , then you don't need to pay instead of your all data has been hacked/encrypted.
(ii) But if you don't have any back up of your all hacked/encrypted data , then i am agree with Joseph Bonavolonta , means , there would be only a single option for getting back all your hacked/encrypted data is that you just have to pay to ransom.
