Explanation / Answer

a) In todays global world censorship is one of of the most important topics and greatly effect the communication process. Instead of banning materias from being circulated in the internet it is necessary to take immediate and effective steps in controlling the exploitation of the materials. Strict laws should be formulated in this matter and selected groups has the right to view its content.

c) Yes authentication should ensure the right owner of a materials as this preserves the individuality of the person and also removes the fear of exploitation of the material. Further it will also provide author with more zeal to work hard.

d) Private information can be kept secure by following network security protocols. Having proper authentication and authorisation process. Also some form of encryption mechanism can be used to encrpyt the information and keep afe from outside interference.
