Pros :
1) Helps to connect with people across the world
2) Its an easy as well as rapid communication
3) It helps in information discovery
4) It has a huge opportunity for business owners
Cons :
1) Has privacy issues:
One can easily look into your personal details.
2) Cyber bullying:
Peers promote antisocial behaviour
3) Social peer pressure:
People argue over the social network.
4) Distractions:
People get distracted because of the social apps and news and messages and avoid doing there work.
5) Sedentary lifestyle habits :
The lights of the coputer and mobile screen is harmful to the health. Social networking site are making people sit and get into social networking onely.
With all the above mentioned pros and cons let me rest the opinion choice to the reader.
Social media can be used in an organization for the mentioned reasons:
1) Helps in marketing
Marketing the products and services becomes easy. Customers get hooked with the marketing plan and products which are upcoming in the market
2) Real Time Updates:
Helps to communicate the with the audience quickly.
3) Relationships are build:
Helps to make a healthy relationship with the customer and business. Customer services becomes easy with one mouse click.
