The application is a book exchange portal. Previously books are considered as something which could give a vivid imagination. But nowadays this reading books are fading away. But still there are people who are like bookworm. They can’t leave without books. It’s like after reading a book completely it’s generally lying around or people sell them but instead of that it can be used to give it to others. So that a book never finds a lonely place it should always in the hand of a booklover. The main usage of this group would all the people the bookworms, or the casual reader or the person who are looking for a book. The main functionality would be that the people can exchange their books for any other book. Even the users can sell their books for a appropriate amount. The main purpose to bring closer the bookworm closer and even inspire the people to read books. The application will be available in browser and for android mobile only. Later it will be switched to iOS and other platforms. The application will be developed using JSP.And in the backend for database MySQL will be used. In the website first the user will be asked to register. If the user doesn’t register then he or she cannot take part in exchange or buy or sell books. Only the registered user have this privilege but the non-registered user can view what are the books available for sell or exchange.
