Answer to Q1.The company has to make balance between point of parity and point of difference. The example for point of difference can be the Belling can sell high quality brewed coffee beans and serve better taste and provide additional services along with coffee that makes customer come and prefer its coffee shop. While excess of point of difference is not good, it has to be balanced by point of parity. That is by adopting the positive features of competitors product like if the coffee is added with a flavor in competitors coffee shop business than Belling should also adopt that flavor or different add on flavor better than that or similar.
