In the communication we should to know two keys that is one public key and other is private key
the public key share among all that is avilable to public but the private is not shared one it kept as privately.
so when sender wants to send any message to receiver with privacy so he should encrypt the message with receiver public key (it is avilable on public) and it can be decrypted by the only receiver private key which is with only receiver so sender can encrypt the message with receiver public key and receiver can decrypt the message with his own private key (because it is encrypted with his own public key)
so option A is correct.
Note:- when a message was encrypted using Some X public key the it can be decrypted using only X private key.
