Need your help with this. I appreciated with your help. This is for my web page assignment. Chapter 6 is from flatworld knowledge textbook. By the way, I am struggling on this instructions. I am hoping that you can be able to help. Thank you. Abby.

Instructions:

1.  Outline a web homepage about a luxury auto brand. Additionally, using techniques you have read about in Chapter 6, write two to three paragraphs optimized for the Web (this would be copy actually on your website).  What other elements would you include on this mock Web homepage that is relevant to the brand?  Be creative.

2.  Visit websites for three different popular brands.  Review the three websites.  Identify what you think are elements of good design, based on what you read in Chapter 13.  Did you see any elements of bad design?  If so, how do you think those elements could be improved?

for answering and making website before that you need to well understand difference between good website and bad website .

Website is something which leaves great impact of your business in the market for your clients , customers etc . So there are few things which should be taken care which makes a difference between good website and a bad website .

we can evaluate a website by few things such as clearly visible key information is there on top of every page of your website then it comes to category of good website users should get what they are looking for easily . while in bad websites users have to scroll again and again it just irrititates them .complex navigation structures also make a website bad one . so to make it good website easy search bars should be addded .improper display makes a website bad one . on the other hand a good website will be responsive one which can be made using bootstrap technology also which takes size of screen device on which it is being accessed . hence convenient for users to use . too many animations and images makes awebsite heavy and it might lead to slow down or hanging website hence making it a bad website while on other hand if its simply made , it is light weighted and can be access by too many people fastly ,no hang problem etc occur in good websites .unreadable fonts should not be there else it will be considered as a bad website . colour combination also plays major role in deciding website is a good or bad one .in good website they are choose wisely and in a creative way . too much dark or funky colors make it bad one .hence overall apperance , design should be user friendly and attractive of a website to call it a good website .website is said to be good one when it ful fil the purpose for which it has designed for , so it should be user friendly and easy to use .
