Computer Fraud and Abuse Act this Act states that Hacking Mainly - unauthoried access of computers , data damage , modification , information collection etc... this Act is passed bu united states congress to reduce the Fraud .
US governament has passed Strict laws on this , Max violation in this ACT is first time 5-10 years Prison , secound time - 10- 20 years Prison and for Accessing Goverament systems , unauthorised inforamtion gathering - the fine is upto $5000 and more .
National Information Infrastructure Protection Act is also same as computer fraud and abuse act , Access international systems Unauthorised , Taking Systems into control, data damage ,hack ect.. same as above the Fine is up to $5000.
Sarbanes-Oxley Act - Also known as Investor Protection act , Which Describes the Accurecy , Reliability , security , transparency , Accountability, audit ,etc...
Which includes every one has to take care of there data and its security , by involving the external auditing Commite - they will estimate the transparency and how secure it is.
