The project is to develop a web-based dashboard that will monitor the state of several other software systems developed within the organisation. The dashboard will report on information such as current status (up or down), average up-time, current data throughput, average data throughput, any error or warning flags raised by the programs, etc. The intent is to provide system administrators and project managers with an overview of the state of the company’s IT systems. The project is being developed by a small development team who are co-located in the same office area. The other software systems have been developed by other teams who are spread across different offices in the same city. When answering the questions below, document any assumptions that you make about the team, organisation or other teams.
b) Describe two risks that the team might encounter during the development of their project. Make the mitigation plan to avoid these challenges. Describe what the team could do to overcome them if they are encountered. (8 marks)

Sudden report to increase the requirement:
As the software development is moving with the particular milestone, there will be a sudden change in the plan of requirements; sudden surge in the employability, natural causes will decrease the productivity.
Mitigation plan:
Plan should be cut shorted to less time while explaining the tasks time to the developers than the original required time.
This will give some time in the final days to correct and improve the task and to add if anything comes new.
To Overcome:
Flexibility in working time, Employees should allow to work from anywhere.
Update of dropped project:
The work will be carried out to display the current software systems that are developed in the organisations at some time few software systems will be dropped due to some internal reasons.
That should be updated in no time in the portal.
Mitigation plan:
The current software updates has to be monitored separately.
To overcome:
Proper meeting has to be arranged in skype or etc. Every team lead has to report their work in progress for each day morning.
This will make easier to update the dashboard portal.
