As the PC is running on windows 7 please copy the following data from the PC and paste it on external hard drive.

Firstly unhide all the files on the PC which the user may not want to show.

STEPS:-

There will be a folder named on the name of user’s account containing all the data.

STEPS:-

Copy the data of all the drives in external hard disk.

STEPS:-

NOTE:- Please do not use any other device other then external hard drive as the data on the external hard drive is safe and we can store more data in it. So go with external hard drive only.

In the case of iPhone there are many locks involed like iCloud account and phone srcurity lock.
