system analysis is the process of studying an organization goals and procedure. effective system analysis inovolves to study, identify and implement the best ways to come out from a prblem. in this the first step is identifying the existed problem in the system or process. it involves several steps like interviewing the people, observing the process, observing the activities and so on.
once the problem is identified and defined, next we should define what are the reasons for this problems and where is the origin. once we know the exact problem and where the roots, it will be easy to resolve it.
once we listout the reasons, then we must list the consequencies and output of the problem. how it effecting the existing system, how it is effected and so on.
once the problem is defined, next we go with preparation of alternative solutions. pool of ideas and solutions will be prepared and implement them in a tiral and error based till we get the desired goals and problems minimized.
in this process, we need to highlight the organizaional goals and objectives, work to realize them.
