Now a days Communication is most important and it become heart of everything like business productivity etc

it become life blood of productivity like in business perspective business needs to communicate with customers and

manager of companey needs to communicate with employees of the company. Effective communcation more

important now a days it is the leading one.

Technology provides more ways to communicate like email and instant messing or phone communication

I prefer Email Communication as working in MNC company wipro

main pros on this email communication is

it is universal and everyone has email address now you can send messege to any email to any email

we can send single email to large group of people rather than sending individual to all

we can communicate with entire team with email service

email conversation permanantly store in database we can use at any time like phone communcation not stored

some drawbacks are there but we can sill use this service for communication

but google like comapanies provide security and we can believe google drive

with belief of security only we can share our resoures in the internet
