The companies will collect the data about the customer from his/her sign up.

They will collect

Name,phone no , email id,Age,gender,profession , type of user, search history, ordered history etc..

14 . Collecting the basic info of the user and order history and search history , the analysis process will be executed like then outcome normal user ,jmportant user , regular user, rare one like that.

17 Yes companies need to do bata analysis ,to improve there customer satisfaction , needs , quick , simplicity,etc...

But the big challenge is that ,these companies are handling very sensitive data (customer data ) , they have to protect this data from hackers and from data lose , Both play a key role in this scenario.
