1. In 2012 VW ranked as overall 3rd no. worldwide.Volkswagen is most popular brand with 4.85 billion sales across the world. Majority of sales in Europe followed by Asia Pacific. 192 Euro billion sales was captured in 2012 and VW was found at 3rd place after toyota and General Motors. In 2013 VW ranked was down and come up at 5th position after Chevrolet, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai.
VW rankes down in 2013 when price got reduced by the company so that quality of plastic and other parts become low. This is not liked by Volkswagen fan cause of change in ranking.
2. Volkswagen 2018 mission to achieve no 1 rank in automotive sales. Company want to reach 10 million vehicle sales in 2018. Its starategy include innovative leader, incresing unit sales, increse the return sales by 8 percent & top employeer among the automotive brand.
So its one the top priority to innovation in existing product so that VW have invested 12.5 billion dollar to its Research & developement center. Which was more than that compare to any other automotive company. VW standarize the process and increase the productivity without any time limit.
3. Big Data is datasets software tool which store and manage large data for analysis purpose. Data can be capture from social networking and e-commerce. So that they can review the customer comment online and react immediately. By help of big data customer relationship has been improved.
P&G use this big data tool and become the most technological advance company in world which is using digital technolgy to analyze the data .
4. Todays era customer valued more than any other. In the same manner organization need to fulfill all the requirement of cutomer. Big data is set of tool which directly interact the organization with its customer through e-commerece and social network. So customer feedback should be analyzed and work for the improvement. i will make a system that all the customer feedback should be analysed by marketing team and if it is observe correct. then marketing team will make a proposal and send to Design team or any other concern team for the improvement. And current customer query should be forward to service team to immediately resolve the problem.
