First the Pc send a packet to the switch along with the IP address of the destination then the switch broadcast the ARP message to all of it's node.if the package is recived on the destination it send back an acknowledgement message. In between this process the switch store the Mac address of the PC3 when it send the packet to the switch and store the the Mac address of PC1 when it send back th ACK message.
