Explanation / Answer

Few years back the organization went through a large change and the change was to no longer keep formals as mandatory in the office instead employees can easily have business casuals and wear them to office. The decision was a huge step and there was one section of the organization who did not welcome the change because they believe that the traditional or conventional formals are actually quite a culture of the organization but most of the leaders we're in support of nt keeping it as mandatory because they thought that the work we do doesn't require formals to be an attire instead we can easily do away with formals and select casuals to an acceptable level in the office.

I believe that the leaders did quite well in this context in making this effective at the organizational level inspite of various challenges and resistance from a section of the company. The leaders promoted the aspects quite a lot which made many interested in the idea and the change because generally individuals prefer freedom and this is one of those rare instances when the organization was providing that. I believe that in the long term this is a success because the satisfaction index of the employees increases and this points out that the employees are satisfied more than what they were and this should have a positive impact the performance and efficiency of the organization.
