Both computer organization and computer engineering is an important part of the computer system. But these things are rather mixed up by the most of the people. These are two different department which is very different. Computer engineering is more of the hardware part which user see and can be replaced by the user like RAM and the hardware design of the CPU while the computer organization deals with the instruction set of the computer, in which the developer generates a set of instruction which is used to perform a specific kind of job in the computer system.
