SPEA, had a mission and a goal to help and uplift the society and people by helping them in policy management, and science, they promote sound decision making, well managed organisation, healthy society which values justice. And a sustainable environment by providing quality education, scholarship, and civic management to the students. They facilitate world class education which will make the students to stay successful in and around the globe with global standards and skills.

The mission of SPEA have most basic mission involving uplifting the society and growing continuosly as a successful and respectable organisation. My career goals and academic goals can be aligned with their mission statement in a way that my academic plays an important role to build a strong career and living for my future, in which I will be provided with education and knowledge that makes me ready to meet global standards and earn wherever I stay in any nation of the world successfully. My own career goals are aligned with their statements, wherein, I want to grow along with the surroundings I live. I want to develop my skill set, management capabilities and civic management abilities so that I will reach my desired goal to be a successful entrepreneur. With these capabilities and skills I will be able to effectively manage the firm, and contribute to the society by offering needful products and services. I also want to help society with fair and just decisions by offering them safe and environment friendly goods which will increase their standard of living. And also keep the environment safe and protected promoting it's sustainability. Thus creating a better world.

This is not as simple as it seems in writing, but it is actually very difficult and important to bring such an attitude which will enhance one's own capabilities and also to consider improving society and environment. It needs efforts from both the sides that is from the academic part and individuals insight and a desire to be successful. Many of the people don't think or have a great desire to uplift the society without thinking of his desires. Infact everyone want a good life, good career and success. Want to live in a better developed and ethically strong society. Which is not possible if one don't think of it and instead wishes to amke better living by a selfish nature. In today's world every individual need to think of his surroundings along with his individual growth to reach his goals.

Management is universal, it is needed in every aspect of life, not only in business. Management is needed in every aspect of living, say professional or personal. And it involves various factors and functions which are critical and are important to understand it to stay organised in business or in personal lives. This management insights can be taught in schools and universities helping the students to get thorough knowledge regarding various areas of management, and make the students ready for corporate world in a way which matches global requirements.

Sound decision making will help an individual to stay rational, be just and value what is right. This decisive ability will be enhanced in the university and school, and continuos learning of a person through experience and life learning.
