Quality refers to correspondence or conformance to the requirements ,but not to the goodness: So, management should explain this thing very well.

Quality problem does not exist in quality department . it only exist in other functional departments.there is "NO error tolerance " policy in Quality performance.

There are no charges or price for the Quality.It means price of Non conformance = Price of Quality measurement.

Good level of quality management is the main reason for prevention.Thats why organizations are spending almost 18-20% amount of their sales on the costs of quality.

Both Deming and Crosby are considered as behavioural approach.Both the approaches focus on the utilisation of management in organisation for the implementation of changes and less emphasised on statistics. but Deming has more focused on customer while explaining about the quality but Crosby’s emphasised only on management.He explained that 80% it is the job of management to improve the quality.
