Explanation / Answer
1.The couple of cluster that may have come to play are individualism and collectivism. some of the cultures were more individual and only cared about making sure their part was done and not to make sure that the plane is done. time could have been an issue because i know that germans are very puctual on time but the french or spanish are not the most punctual.
2. To me economic patriotism is just means that the companies just cared about the well being of the economy. so they wanted to make sure that their company has jobs and that there is low unemployment .this could have been because job were not going to spread around evenly and it was going to impact the economies of the countaries the same.
3. I think wiring is the perfect example of the terribleorganization. there was no organization and the wiring was all different. this can show how there was a lack of communication and because of all different languages that are spoken the wiring isn,t the same.
4. If i were consultant ,I would tell the corporate executive to try and centralize the factory and enginerring. I would do that so that everyone is using the same technology and there is no confusion on that. Also so that communication is quicker and it does not have to be across countaries. I would also agree on one language so that communication is lot easier. I would get employees from the different countaries and make sure to make it equal so that it is fair.
