As the shipments to each of the locations are equal, the X and Y coordinate of the centralized warehouse is simply the average value of the X and Y coordinates of the 5 locations where toys are manufactured respectively.
Thus, the X coordinate of the centralized warehouse = (2 + 10 + 6 + 4 + 6) / 5
= 5.6
The Y coordinate of the centralized warehouse = (7 + 2 + 6 + 1 + 5) / 5
= 4.2
