HI guys I need help creating a program that reads all the old lottery numbers for manipulation and that everytime I run the program ask if I need to enter a winning lotto combo if yes , add it to the array otherwise continue to wathever number manipulation I wanted to do.

here is what the txt file to read in looks like

Explanation / Answer

Since the language for writing the code is not specified, I have used Java.

I am assuming the file has values delimeted by tab
