Each branch has about 20 employees and operate from 10 am till 10 pm daily except on Mondays and public holidays. Currently all operations within the restaurant related to collection and information processing as well as report generation are done manually.
Suggest FIVE (5) different information systems (though each information system could be "connected" to the other through a common database) that the restaurant would need to implement / deploy. Describe how each information system would be useful for the restaurant.

As a business analyst for a restaurant to improve the information system of the restaurant, here are some of the things which need to be updated:
There should be a menu card which should be good looking and should have all the food items with the price. It should also have some combo offer so that more customers get attracted towards it.
one cashier should be there to give a bill and collect money and all the information on the bill should be stored on the computer system which should a software according to the restaurant need.
There are some other important things which need to be taken care like: cleaning schedules, side work, food safety guidelines, etc.
daily sales report should be present on the computer system and it is sent to head office daily.
The restaurant should have an accountant who will manage all the food items list, what needs to brought with prices. All the employee's salary should also be managed by him.
By following these above tips the restaurant Kllang Valley can improve their information and data system.
