Explanation / Answer

The questionnaire is focused on checking the knowledge of locals which will definately help the university in future events but there are some points which can be adopted in this questionnaire like -

a.) It is too much long, and unnecessarily extended, it can be made in short like some questions can be clubbed and presented in one like question no.9 and question no. 13

b.) For knowing a particular type of information, makers have extended and inserted too much question of same type like from question 2 to question 6, all question looks same, the same thing can be asked in 1 or 2 question.

c.) This survey can be created in step wise form, like it is known fact that all locals are not active in university activity, so they can create step wise survey like a normal one for segretgating the actives and non-actives, which will allow them to focus on only those who are active and help them to know the fact why incative members are not active, sure thing is it will raise there work load but it will help them to get more accurate information

d.) It is a mixed sort of survey, for active university followers, the university products and univesity sports sales etc all are focused in one survey which will create confusion in getting the accurate data
