You enter Mike’s e-mail address into http://groups.google.com and find that he is a part of several hacking groups with ties to Eastern Europe.

Mike Constantine may be apart of these groups as he may be a HEAD of these group. Therefore he is a part of all the groups, And can be a threat to the society, by hacking the system which goes under som CONFIDENTIAL information. By those groups he can train many people to learn how to hack and give them leasons to learn the inovative ides to research how to hack and can perform various threats to the society by sharing CONFIDENTIAL to Eastern Europe. And he may be a part of East Europe who may be trying to harm the society. By hacking he can mislead the information or can leak any important information.

Or if thinking in other prospcive view, Mike may be a person who wants to help his society by learning various tricks of hacking, and he is a part of those groups so that he can learn more how hackers think differently. And with the help of those learnings he can help himself and his society also. Mike may be a responsile person to hepl others and can save to various harms done by others. And the system may be of MIKE as the Operating System may be needed for this purpose have special features which others doesnot have.

So, by thinking of both the sides these may be the sinerio accordingly And if considering first case MIKE is responsible to any harm or any dispute to the society, while considering the second case MIKE is responsible to mentain dicipline and calm atmosphere in society.
