Following are the key US Environmental Protecting Acts as per US EPA agency.
Our organization applies all the above environmental laws as per government’s factory rule. However our organization had done a major investment for implementing the Clean Water Act to avoid the water pollution.
Water Pollution:-The organization uses the water for the manufacturing operations. This used water is contaminated during the manufacturing operation. The contaminated water results in water pollution.
Organization Compliances:- This water pollution needs to be recycled by the organization to avoid the water pollution and hence comply with the clean water act law of USEPA.
Water Recycling:- Organization select the water recycling process for compliance of this US EPA law. Water recycling is to re-clean the water in such a way that the water can be reused at the organization level or by other party and avoid the water pollution. This water recycling will help the organization to abide by the US EPA law. Organization has made the in-house set-up for water recycling. The water recycling process is defined and implemented at the plant. This water recycling process helps to avoid the water pollution.
This water recycling process helps the organization to meet the EPA requirement of clean water act and also helps to get the clean water for organization. So this investment of water recycling process helps the organization to get the clean water and this clean water can be used at the plant. Thus this clean water helps the plant to avoid the purchase of new water for the plant needs. Hence this water recycling process helps to save in terms of water purchase cost to the plant. Thus water recycling helps to save cost as well for the plant.
We believe that environmental regulations hinder the business to some extent, but it is essential and required for ensuring the environment to be safe. If we are highly commercial and if we do not explore for environment protection, then it will be difficult for the survival of the future generation. Though the environmental regulations hinder the business, because it calls for cost, energy and resources for setting up the recycling processes in the plant, but it is needed. We do not have right to pollute the environment. The life is because of environment only. In absence of environment, life can not be possible. We cannot be so selfish that for our commercial purposes, we destroy the environment.
The organization may feel that the organizing additional processes for compliances as per the environmental laws are hinder to the business, but it is essential and important. We may lower down the hinder impression by designing the environmental supporting processes in the plant.
