The explanation of this E-R diagram is as follows:

1)    Here one-to-many relationship is show between "Employer" and "Alumni". So Employer can have many Alumni. 'Alumni' relation having multiple attributes like name, address, SRR, DeptId, DegreeId, Employer Id. 'Employer' relation having attributes like ID, name and employer email.

2)Alumni can have multiple emails as well as phone. Its being show using relation 'Alumni Email' and 'Alumni Phone'.

3) Alumni can have multiple activities thats being shown using relation 'Alumni Activity'.

4) Alumni also have multiple funds as well as Role. Its being shown using relation 'Alumni Funds' and 'Alumni Role'.

5) Each Alumni having only one Department and only one Degree. Thats being shown using relation 'Department' and 'Degree'
