The unfairness generally comes from many ways but the common aspects are religion and malpractice of the reference in getting a promotion. As per my experience, I have noticed that in the organization when a new employee takes the joining the organization existing staffs behaves in a very unnatural way and try to replicate that he/she is separated from all.

The main problem comes when the employee is of different religion and rests of the employees are of different religion. The existing employees always create a negative sense of the attitude towards the new joiner. The problem initially comes a lot to cope up with all those happenings, sometimes it may happen that employees were bound to leave the company for those incidents and they lose their job.

The organization also deals with a major unfairness when it comes for getting a promotion; a deserving person lacks behind to get the promotion in the company due to the malpractice by mutual understanding of the managers in the organization by giving the potion to their choosy members. These not only reduce the standards of the organization but also decreases the mental stability of the employee to work it positively as the employee may think that instead of his/her eligibility, skill and potential; the opportunity has been given to someone else who might not be deserving for this category.  

The responsibility of Human resource is to take major actions about any unfairness situation happening in the organization and make the guidelines as per the standards. The organization human resource department should implement possible strategies and always they focus on the day-to-day work measures for the organization so that no one gets the opportunity to do any unfairness in the organization.

The organization HR should talk with each employee and proctor the wrong aspects that are bringing in the organizational behavior. The HR department should publish a notice of the termination if anyone found guilty of undertaking any unfairness act in the organization.

The human resource and the attorney who is representing the organization should mutually and make a collaborate approach into the important aspects of unfairness in the organization and take major actions to the employees and maintain a strict law and policies in the organization so that an employee or any external approach should think twice for any unfairness act.

If this process is performed well the percentage of unfairness will be reduced firstly and the company can touch the highest possible growth also can maintain an ethical standard.
