There are two main requirements for the course project:
(1) A Federal and State Law Summary of a table in Word Document format
(2) A Paper that will require the students to summarize legal issues associated with technology security
(3) Write a company governance document including a policy statement, standards, and procedures.

The five federal laws related to technology security are as follows:
1) CAN-SPAM Act: This is basically a law that allow everyone a right to stop the emails coming from various commercial companies. And also allow penalties in case of technology security violation.
2) Patriot Act: This law tell us to provide various security tools why which we can intercept and also avoid the various terrorist activities and make our country united and strong.
3)Children Online Privacy Protection Act: This law is basically for children safety due to technology. This law take care of children from being abused online.
4) Freedom of Information Act: This law enables every person to have the rights to get the information about him or her some from any online bank or any online community.
5) Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act: This law is basically for various technology companies that provides various services like technical or financial advice, various technology equipments.
The five state laws are as follows:
1. Security Breach Act: This laws says that each organization should maintain the database of its employees and if in case any security breach occur it should be informed.
2. Privacy Right Act: This law is basically for individuals that take care of person's privacy.
3. Act for Privacy Policy for websites: This law deal with the various privacy policies of a websites for its users.
4. Act related to digital payment: This law having the rules for the payment done through digital media.
5. Act related to online fraud: This state law deal with the various online transaction and other fraud.
