//This function is use to turn ON the AC void fast call TForm1 Buttoniclick (TObjec Sender condition true condition2 true: condition l false; sending H serially to check the condition at arduino send Serial H') while condition1) //reading the data serially while sending the data read Serial ('H'); Application- ProcessMessages Sleep (1)

Explanation / Answer

   ===============
condition = true;
condition2 = true;
condition1 = false;
sendSerial('H')'' // NOTE: this might change value of condition1
while (!condition1)
================

Hi friend, condition1 value is making false then most notable thing is: we are calling sendSerial() method
Might be sendSerial() method make condition1 value true, so !condition1 = false and while loop break.
