Explanation / Answer

As you said "Social Responsibility means that people or organizations must behave ethically and with sensitivity towards social, cultural, economic, and environmental issues" i belived in that because every person has to take it as a serious.

First we have to take Animal Rights,in this today world all the people are grew up eating meat,wearing leather and going circuses and zoo's.We never considered these actions how animals felt painfull when we tortured them.There are lot of sections are came out when we tortured animals but none of them are implenting correctly.

Next we considered about Disability Rights,Worldwide one billion individuals have a disability,Many people with disabilities live in conflict settings or in developing countries, where they experience a range of barriers to education, health care and other basic services.In some countries they are subjected to violence an descrimination also.A disproportionate number of persons with disabilities live in developing countries, often marginalized and in extreme poverty.In recent years, there has been a revolutionary change in approach, globally, to close the protection gap and ensure that persons with disabilities enjoy the same standards of equality, rights and dignity as everyone else.

Next we discuss Environmental Issues,Overpopulation: This is a never-ending human tragedy which is responsible forcausing all types of environmental issues. Water pollution, resources crisis, gender imbalance, pollution, land pollution, urban sprawling, deforestation, over production are some common examples of dangerous effects cause by overpopulation.Our environment is constantly changing. There is no denying that.However, as our environment changes, so does the need to become increasingly aware of the problems that surround it. With a massive influx of natural disasters, warming and cooling periods, different types of weather patterns and much more, people need to be aware of what types of environmental problems our planet is facing.Ozone – A colorless, odorless gas generated when nitrogen oxides (found in motor vehicles and industrial machinery) and volatile organic compounds (found in gasoline, paints, inks and solvents) are exposed to sunlight. Inhaling ozone can trigger health problems including chest pain, cough, throat irritation and congestion, bronchitis, asthma and emphysema.We have to observe these factors and take some remedies to reduce global warming.

Next Human Rights Sexism,A human rights based approach applied to the idea of ‘vulnerable group’ connects vulnerability and structural discrimination. The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disability provides some elements that allow to state that we are facing a new paradigm in the International Human Rights Law.Sexism and ageism are examples of how ideologies reinforce vulnerability of women, children and aged persons transforming them in groups which members are in risk of discrimination.The Human Rights Code deals with discrimination in the following social areas: employment; housing; contracts; services, goods and facilities; and unions or occupational/professional associations.We have to give both men and women as equal priority beacuse both have thier capabilty and ability.So,we do not show the discrimination.
