1. Conflict: The difference between opinions is generally known as conflict. This happens due to difference in age, experience, education, skills etc. Managers usually deal with conflicts in day to day life in different situations. In managerial terms; conflicts are of following types:

2. Yes, almost all of us have experienced and manage the same in life
3. I experienced conflict when I was working for a project i.e. creation of a business plan along with my friends. We had a conflict when we were about to finalize the location of store (it was unisex salon business plan). We had different opinions, and my opinion was to choose mall as the location although costs being high. Latter, I managed to convinced them about the target audience we will target and pricing structure. Hence, I learnt that conflicts can be resolved by facts and figures along with convincing power.
4. Groupthink, is simply understood as when a group of people thinks together collectively like one mind. Here in group as a whole maintains unity rather than thinking logically and thinking alternatives. It is usually destructive to effective thinking. the group has no clear rules to come to a decision and they just stick on one alternatives.
5. Yes, I have experienced groupthink as well in life. In this case it is found that group doesn't listens to an individual and they just stick to one decision. I have experienced the same, and I was even unable to convince my team mates. This happened, when we were deciding to go for a movie. The group was altogether thinking of one movie while I was willing to watch another movie. Finally, I also went to the movie as decided my friends. Latter I realized that their choice was good and I enjoyed the show. I learnt from this that, individual's perspective can not always be right. But in management decisions. People should think of alternatives and groupthinking should not occur.
