Explanation / Answer

Problem- in simple terms when something goes beyond your expectation is a problem or you can say A problem is a situation that is unsatisfactory and causes difficulties for people.

Generally problem brings a perceived gap between the existing state and a desired state. Simply as like deviation from the standard is a problem.

Best method to decide- decision making process is not always easy as it seems to be. Sometimes any small decision creates stress in your life. In my view best method to decide is either to take help of your elders or to decide what your heart says to do. Or if you cannot go for these then reverse your assumption and start pretending like you are offering advice to someone else. It might sound you weird but usually I decide by reversing the situation against me. This is what I do. When you find the worst case scenario then you fill found upto what level you can be in a danger.

Serious decision- I remember when I have to choose for my current job and the coming opportunity. The thing was like I worked in an office for last 3 years and I have not received any kind of hike in my salary. Although I was doing my work with full honesty and I tried to talk to my boss regarding the same for many times. Then I decide to apply for job in other company and I got selected. The newer company was ready to give me 30 % hike on my current salary. But the thing which was pushing me is that I was very comfortable in the environment that I working in my current job and I new that people in new company are not so kind or may be I will not find that environment comfortable to work. Being a women I have to take care of my comfort zone first. Although I wanted to shift because of salary hike but I was not sure about myself whether I will get adjust in that environment or not. To find the solution I started thinking reverse that By chance if I don’t get adjust in the new company then I have to leave that company and as per my current company rule of 3 months not joining after resignation, I will not able to join again my current job. Then finally I decide to continue my job and I think that was the best decision I made. Because after 1 year of that incident I got promotion and got hike in my pay.
