Your firm is a growing company. Your prospects look very good for the next five years. Cash, however, is an on-going issue. As a young, growing firm much of your money goes into research and development, and other operating expenses. You have been asked by Big Mountain California to be a silver level sponsor for their upcoming mountain bike race which will attract some of the best competitive mountain bike racers in the United States. Silver level sponsorship is priced at $4,000. The race is being organized by Jim Bauer. You have met Jim before on one occasion as he is well known in the biking racing circles. You admire the good work he does in promoting bike racing which is good for your business. After careful consideration you must tell Jim that YAK will not be able to be a sponsor for the race. Dear Jim Bauer,

I am writting this letter to inform you that YAK cycling,cannot sponsor for th silver level sponsorship for the upcoming mountain bike race.

I sense that by reading this you will dissapoint but YAK firm was still in the development position and our income was used for the research and development and other expenses.If we doesn't grow our firm in this position it will be leads to the failure.At this time we got the offer which we cannot invest for the silver level sponsorship.But i will definetly assure for next bike racing.You should not take this into account,you should maintain the best relationship with our industry and in the future you should do many promoting advertisements for our firm.So,please excuse for rejection of the sponsorship.
