This document will describe user experience design, user interface design, and responsive design. Generically, I can give some points with regard to Webdesign.

1. To improve the User experience, we can use latest frameworks. Most adapted one is Angular these days, followed by React.
2. To support the web in mobile, we can use Frameworks which are responsive. Angular 2 is for both Web and Mobile.
   Cordova and Ionic framework can be used for Mobile.
3. Keep everything as modular as possible.
