Explanation / Answer

I will try to build a culture of trust in the organization. I will analyze the current situation and make some announcement and takes the steps which will helpful in making organization a great place to work.

I will do the following steps first:

After having these rounds of actions, I will be taking some surveys which will be non-revealing type and employees can answer independently. Upon feedback received, I will summon managers for their actions and advise them how to act.

Then I will make some of the core and basic values for the employees which include the following:

Every employee should be abide by these and can openly talk their issues with their line manager and will make it clear that organization don’t have any tolerance for such bad things if exists.
