This term we have learned that Culture refers to learned norms based on the values, attitudes, and beliefs of a group of people. Often, people simultaneously belong to different groups representing different cultures and/or subcultures. Further, every business function is subject to cultural influences. Thus, major problems of cultural collision are likely to occur if a firm implements practices that are less effective than intended and/or employees are unable to accept or adjust to foreign customs. Thus, it is vital that firms determine which business practices vary in a foreign country and what adjustments, if any, are necessary. At the same time, cultural diversity can be a source of competitive advantage for global firms.

Culture is something that is based on the ideas ,beliefs and practises in a society in which the individual lives.The aspect and norms of culture changes from every individual to individual.Culture also includes a persons behaviours and also his ethical learning.
For an organization to be successful it definitely needs a cultural diverse workforce to be present within it .This is the need of the global and competitive scenario of business world.Organizations are nowadays usually built on global perspective, global competition and global expansion.When all their ideologies are so broad definitely their acceptance of cultural diversity is also very broad.A company or an organization is basically framed with cultures according to their local demography or based on the cader of employees expected to work in the organization. It respects their culture and practise which will be followed by the majority. But on the otherhand they will also embrace other cultural possibilities on the scale of expansion.When there is a diverse workforce they will follow rules that will be common to all and never favour one community or culture.An organization will make sure that it will never emotionally hurt any of its employees based on culture and their beliefs.
A culturally diverse workforce is definitely an asset for an organization and it will provide a competitive advantage for the business in the following ways.

2.The business will include local, national and international exposure through the culturally diverse workforce.
3.Best talents in global level can be invite for a business.
4.Use of different kind of technology can be introduced through diverse workforce.
5.Diverse workforce will have an healthy competition among them to unleash creativity and prove talents.
6.The culturally diverse workforce will be more efficient and effective in their performance and production.
