Management is the process of managing people through training. In order to manage people, one should have to keep in mind the following concepts that are Planning, coordination, Staffing, Controlling and organising.

As we go behind the development of the management in the organisation culture, we will find out that there was more emphasis on the way the manager works more efficiently. It was the classic view point of the management. The management was observed from the different view points which are as follows are classic view point, behavioural view point and the Quantitative view point. The behavioural view point describes the human behaviours, motivational and the encouragement towards the work the employee has.

There are varies theories given by the management gurus of that time in the history as

Theory of Scientific management which was given by F. W. Taylor, Administrative management Henry Taylor and Max Weber, behaviour theory given by E. Mayo, Human relationship management by A. Maslow etc. were given in order to have the better management would be done in the organisation.

The todays organisation culture is developed on the above view points of the organisation. It was laid a stone for the development of the culture.

Organizational culture was introduced in the management in the late 1970s, and it began to attract significant scholarly attention in the early to mid-1980s. According to the scholars and the gurus, the organizations have the distinct cultures, shared values, beliefs, and norms that helps in the development of the organisation. The understanding of the organisation culture has traditionally seen in the leaders of the business with which they enhance their capabilities to enhance the growth of the business.

For example, A company has established in 1807, they were following the practices of the old behavioural concepts and theories in the business. They also adopted the new ones but they mainly prefer to the old strategies in the modified way. As you are the employee, have to follow the code of the conduct of the organisation. The qualities which you would develop would be surely affected by the culture of the organisation.

As we would turn the pages of the past we would found out the principles given by the Henri Fayol are still following in the organisations. So, it is proved that the historical perspectives of management have laid the foundation for today’s organizational cultures.

In order to create a culture, I would do the following:

This is so important for the organisation because culture shows that how much the company is involving with the human in the work balance except from the profit maximisation. It would enhance the new employee development and also shows the stability of the organisation. The standardisation would not lead to the conflict in the organisation too.
