You can tell that customers are frustrated and you want to address their concerns as you get your workforce up-to-speed on the new equipment. PROJECT FOCUS: Create a strategy for using YouTube as a vehicle to communicate with your customers about the unusual long wait lines and what you are doing to rectify the problems. For communicating this is specifications to the customer and for reducing the overall weight time I would use YouTube as a tool.

By creating an advertisement over YouTube regarding updation of the Machines to provide better services to the customer would be my main motive. I'll be projecting the quality of the coffee as the main reasons for a long wait times and would a company it with an email regarding the improvement of the services and implementation of the newer Strategies for training the employees and creating a more customer oriented environment.
And also add up the change and machine images as well as videos on the YouTube to tell people about the changes in the organisation the main reason behind the long queue line for the coffee.

Other than YouTube we can also use social media as a tool to communicate with the customers by providing them information over different social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. By tweeting on Twitter about the changes in the coffee machine in organisation we can easily create a better understanding between a customer and a service provider. Facebook is also very important tool in marketing as well as creating ethical environment for service provision towards the customer. Platforms can be widely used at very less cost as they are very beneficial for the organisation as they maintain specific competitive advantage as well as provided by the platform for the customer satisfaction.
