The Airline industry was always about the flight attendants to be supermodels, but gone are those days, these days the airline suggests and recruits the attendants with body proportionate to the height. As per the given situation, the United airlines guidelines the females are required to meet the medium body frame and males to meet large body frame.
This conduct does not constitute disparate treatment based on sex because the usual body structure of an average female is medium body frame and the average body structure of the male is medium to large.
