Making decisions on the basis of short-term benefit is much more than just bad policy; it can be fatal to society's well-being.

Establishing systems of government where power is in the hands of true leaders, rather than in the hands of popularity-contest winners, will be the first step in ensuring the long-term health and prosperity of our society.

For personal decision of day to day life its personal responsibility, but when it become question for social or mass level decision it require machinery & with the help of elected representative execute policy decision behalf of people.

Source 1 is resource of voter, supreme freedom available them. For representatives its vote bank, once voter cast there vote, political decision making power shifts from individual to representative.

Liberty - Here liberty to choose representative available with voter

Source 2 is Media, here role of media to develop awareness and present real information about particular issue so its voter can decide, and takes action according to there personal opinion.

liberty- media is free to expose and highlight facts

Source 3 is Decision making machinery - Its essential to take appropriate decision at appropriate timer. Its source for parliaments to discuss issue and develop policy which could result in to welfare nation , state as well people.Heare representative hold freedom to support particular issue, develop device to implement policy.

Political ideology - agree or disagree

Basic of political ideology when situation become worst and time is limiting factor, and difficult to handle it required strategic approach to control situation. To control such critical situation it require allocation of power & freedom to takes decision. And with discussion in parliament. Freedom to takes decision on particular issue vest with competent officials. Where as in normal situation or condition issue get discussed in parliament and according to pol decision get finalized.Thus elected representative hold responsibility for success as well failure indirectly as well general people are responsible directly for success & failure of any policy. If people found incapability of any leader they don't cast vote in favor of earlier representative. And thus whole system get control by general voter this freedom is available with common man.
