There should be definetly a goal before completing the program of study because if there was no career goals it leads to many failures.If there was a goal we will always strive to achieve the goal and there will be also an self motivation.I had a goal to becaome a software engineer and to be hired in the best company as the they offer the less package i'll agree because it was the first step to reach my goal.I had established it from the starting of my graduation and i motivated to know all the basics and the key points regarding that profession.
All the learning outcomes and goals of our course will complement us to reach our goals beause will like to choose the course based on our goal so that course consists of an all the aspects of career.It teaches us each and every aspect to gain success.
In our course it consists they teach us knowledge and also many communication skils that which are very important to reach our career goal.Skills are one of the aspect which will help us to hire in the reputed organization.Communication skills will always help us to reach our goal in the form when we attend the interview they will ask us questions they not only check that we answering them but also our body gestures,facial expressions,way of communicating and way of attending and explaining the answers these are can be know only by our course and the guidlines given by our lectures that how to achieve the goals.
In critical thinking,problem solving and while competing we need the skills.For critical thinking and problem solving we need some skills like analysis analysing the problem,inference,evaluating the problem from all the aspects and then explaining to our company management these are the skills which will be evolved only through the course.Competence can be evolved from our course that to beat the other person by the knowledge that we have and giving the tough competition in our examination.If we doesnot communicate the resolved problem to our management through our skills it leads to many problems in future because sometimes these communication gives us more rewards and also the hikes.
It was not enough that we reach the goal in the process after the goal we should develop more skills in professional life because any time we will face the problem.So that it was important to participate in group disscussion,taking the initiative to give the project seminars and giving any lectures occasionally which will be as a practise these will remain to us in life long learning goals.
