In my opinion, ineffective management is the main cause of these issues. The management needs to take greater responsibilities with the employees. The managers are involved only when the employee are not able to handle he customers or any new or inexperienced employee is working. The managers do not have any proactive approach and they react to the situation after it happens. Managers need to develop a healthy relationship with the employees with some degree of self-respect and authority.
Answer:- in order to fix the different issues, the managers are required to be more involved in daily operations. They should not leave all the things to lower employees who are primarily the college and high school students. Some kind of authoritative relationship must be existing between the manager and the employee with a healthy working environment.
