1. The application describe in this case are PDA, centeralized application and SCADA, erp, The business function that they support are manufacturing and production, finance and accounting and human resources.

a. ERP--------the process by which company manages and integrate the important part of the business. It integrate various areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resource etc.

b. CISCO----A leading manufacturer of networking equipments, including routers, bridges, frames switches and ATM switches, dial-up access server and network management software.

c.Mashaweer server-----this server is a centralized application that manages the following elements----orders, route management and optimization, clients, packages tracking, contracts, call center, satellite offices, representatives, management report.

d. Application programmers interface-----it is a set of programming instructions and standards for accessing a web based software application and web tool.

e. Supervisory control and data acquisition-------it is a category of software application program for process control, the gathering of data in real time from remote locations in order to control equipment and condition.

following are the major business function like 1. manufacturing nad production. 2. sales and marketing. 3. finance and accounting 4. human resources.

Mashaweer heavily depends on technological advances that occur every day and depends on the tools so it benefit from the advancement and prces reductions that continiously take place. AS a result Mashaweer total cost will be decreases ,enabling it to decrease its prices and further improve its quality to become even more convinenet for a large number of people.

4. Yes , Mashaweer will be able to accomplish their future strategy and sustain its market share. As Mashaweer is an online supermarket that will enable people to do their grocery shopping through Mashaweer websites and get it delivered by its representatives within 30 minute of placing orders. Mashaweer call center is expected to make up an important revenue stream for the company in the near future, as the company starts introducing market campaigns. they have also invested in building their infrastructure.

5. No ,The compitation between Mashaweer and wassaly will not be agressive in the near future, As Mashaweer is the only company of its kind in the Egypt THAT OPERATES ON THIS SCALE.

Wassaly cannot compete with Mashaweer because of the following advantages--------1. self investment is manageable, various revenue stream, self investment is manageable etc.
