Question

I am a physics major with an intermediate understanding of C++. I am taking a computer science class that has a term project that is due at the end of the course. Many of my classmates are already starting to think about making a game for their projects;however, I do not like the idea so much. I wish to work on something that involves both physics and computer science- maybe something that has to do with energy saving or smart energy solutions. I'm just shopping/ browising for inpartion or ideas. I also have an interest to work with Rasberry and Arduino kits. This is an opinion question, so there is no right or wrong answer. Thank you.

P.S. I posted a similar question on computer science stack exchange but did not get any answer.

Explanation / Answer

yes there are projects in which you can incorporate both physics and computer science like

for example

make a simulator microsoft flight simulator, kerbel space program etc... which involves both physics and compuert science

develope some game engines and that main focus on physics based games

its very great idea that you thought to combine both physics and computer science, for that initiative just take any exiating computerscience application try to enhance it by using physics vice versa

may be you will get an initiative get success

all the very best
